What you’ll do
- Understand the problem: Lead stakeholder interviews, analyse current processes, and uncover real user needs in financial systems.
- Design solutions: Translate insights into clear, feasible product concepts that balance client expectations with real-world constraints.
- Get technical: Build and maintain artefacts like As-Is/To-Be flows, UML diagrams, data-flow models, and specs that guide developers and QA.
- Drive delivery: Own and prioritize the backlog, track progress, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and focused.
- Collaborate closely: Work daily with developers, designers, and testers to iterate fast and ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
- Support and scale: Be the go-to person for change requests, clarifications, and measuring success against business goals.
- Contribute to growth: Spot opportunities for improvement, support proposal work, and share insights to level up the team.
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or System Analyst for at least 5 years.
- Proven track record in system analysis within financial systems, including UML, process modelling, prototyping, and writing clear functional/technical specifications.
- A good balance of big-picture product vision and attention to detail in analysis and documentation.
- Skilled at managing goals, timelines, and expectations in complex environments.
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys solving problems with users and teams.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
