• Lead technical solutions by articulating high-level business value and translating it into clear technical concepts and implementations.
• Drive collaboration with globally distributed teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including APIs and user stories, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team.
• Approve technical concepts and solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate tools, frameworks, and platforms for engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in software applications, particularly in distributed systems.
• Analyze and understand flows and end-to-end interactions in complex distributed systems.
• Facilitate and run Scrum or Kanban processes when necessary to keep teams productive and aligned.
• Mentor team members to foster their technical and professional growth.
• Advocate for and implement DevSecOps practices to enhance security, performance, and efficiency.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency with major Java frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud-native development on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in optimizing SQL schemas and understanding the trade-offs of NoSQL solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in performance and security testing practices, ensuring robust and reliable applications.
• Strong understanding of different programming methodologies (functional vs. object-oriented, imperative vs. declarative) and their use cases.
• Fluent proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Salary Range

Gross salary: up to €7,500
