We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Expert/Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing technology setups, campaign execution, and data-driven analysis. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing marketing operations, with a focus on tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Your expertise will help drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.  

This role can be based in Bulgaria or Poland.

Responsibilities

Campaigns:

  • You optimize marketing campaigns and implement them across different media. You will always have a strong focus on performance marketing. 

 

Operations:  

  • HubSpot is your daily companion. You use the platform strategically to configure, optimize and automate campaigns and campaign workflows, manage leads and take care of CRM integration. and analyze our performance 
  • Design and manage drag and drop email and social templates in Hubspot in line with Nortal brand guidelines 
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues in HubSpot and other integrated platforms. 
  • Manage and maintain segmented lists for CRM marketing 

 

Performance:

  • You use data-based reporting to analyze and optimize our marketing activities. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs such as lead generation, engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and to optimize ongoing future campaigns 
  • Create custom dashboards and reports in HubSpot and LinkedIn to visualize performance metrics. 
  • Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet business goals. 
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. 
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages. 
  • Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives. 

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, marketing automation and tools, recommending new strategies and technologies. 

Qualifications

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in campaign management. 

You are HubSpot certified and know your way around campaign creation, marketing automation, performance analysis and lead management. 

You know your way around LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google (analytics, ads, tag manager), also X and Meta. 

You have knowledge of content marketing and enjoy testing and optimizing content 

You have an excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization. 

You have a strong understanding of marketing automation setups and CRM integrations 

You are structured, goal-oriented and enjoy working in a team, while able to take initiative and self-direct as needed 

Experience working in a global context. We work asynchronously, but our colleagues are worldwide and local needs may vary. 

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
