To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for an experienced Software Architect who can lead teams, tackle tough technical challenges, and turn ambitious ideas into solutions that really make a difference.

In this role, you will have real ownership and influence over architectural decisions. You will shape the future architecture from a legacy system - it's already evolving, but you have a unique opportunity to guide and drive it. You will work with a technically complex system that includes everything - legacy components, new modules, emerging technologies, and challenging decisions. You'll be part of the leadership team and collaborate with a cross-team architectural board alongside experienced architects and tech leads.

• Lead collaboration with tech leads to design and implement sustainable software architecture.
• Organize and oversee development processes to ensure long-term maintainability and quality.
• Engage with clients and translate their needs into technical solutions. 
• Empower the development team, create clarity in the architecture decision-making process.
• Make strategic architectural decisions that align with project and business goals.
• Foster collaboration within the development team for smooth execution.
