Overview

We are Nortal. A strategic digital transformation partner for leading companies and governments around the world. With more than 25 years of experience in the public sector, healthcare, and enterprise, we deliver value – at scale and with speed – to shape a better future.

As part of Nortal’s growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Strategic Sales Director  to drive corporate sales in Europe, with a primary focus on high-value deals of €3M+. This role is central to building and scaling a new procurement-led sales practice, targeting corporate accounts (5000+ FTE). This highly visible role combines business development with long-term growth, first by building a strong sales pipeline and then by laying the foundations for a scalable sales organisation that supports Nortal’s broader expansion.

The role involves developing, implementing, and executing a sales strategy aimed at establishing and closing a pipeline with higher deal volume engagements (deal size 3M+). You will contribute to developing a dedicated and scalable marketing strategy and BDR function, as well as supporting functions like a centralized tender desk.

We are looking for a Senior candidate with extensive experience in enterprise sales cycles to lead this practice and drive revenue growth. In this role you will report directly to our Global Chief Growth Officer.
