Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Leadership & Talent Development Lead to drive our global programs. This role is open to candidates based in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, or Serbia.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and as a key member of the wider People & Culture (P&C) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership capability and driving organisational growth. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership and talent development programs, building structured career progression frameworks, and embedding a high-performance culture across the organisation. You will work closely with the business to ensure an integrated approach to talent development. 

Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development 

• Develop & Engage Top Talent – Lead and enhance our Growth Accelerators development and retention program, designed to accelerate business growth globally. This flagship initiative, owned by the Executive Leadership Team, supports the growth of our top 50 global talent. 

• Design & Deliver Leadership Programs – Develop and implement innovative, high-impact learning strategies to strengthen people leadership across the business. Enhancing leadership capability is a key focus for the P&C Leadership Team. 

 

L&D Programs Execution & Management 

• Lead & Develop a Team – Manage and mentor a small team of two L&D professionals, with a strategic focus in 2025 on AI competence and customer mindset development, in collaboration with the Capability Organisation. 

• Own the L&D Budget – Plan, forecast, and manage the L&D budget to ensure cost-effective, high-quality learning solutions. 

 

Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement 

• Define & Track KPIs – Establish key L&D performance metrics, assess programs impact, and provide strategic recommendations to P&C leadership team. 

• Leverage Data for Talent Retention – Develop analytics dashboards to measure learning effectiveness and drive informed business decisions. 

 

Collaboration within People & Culture 

• Work closely with the P&C Leadership Team to align L&D priorities with overall people strategy. 

• Ensure learning and engagement initiatives align with employee experience programmes to foster continuous growth and development. 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed 

• Expertise and passion in Leadership & Talent Development – Deep understanding of leadership and talent development strategies. 

• Experience in Tech Services – Proven success in developing leaders in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. 

• Vision & Hands-On Approach – Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, balancing vision with execution. 

• Project Management & Delivery – Strong track record of delivering complex L&D projects on time and within budget. 

• Collaboration & Influence – Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence at all levels. 

• Tech-Savvy & Learning Innovation – Comfortable managing LMS platforms (we use Innential), e-learning tools, and AI-driven learning initiatives. 

• Strong Facilitation & Presentation Skills – Confident in leading training sessions, moderating workshops, and engaging diverse audiences. 

• Self-Management & Independence – Proactive, able to take ownership and drive impact with minimal supervision. 

• Resilience in a Fast-Paced Environment – Ability to manage multiple L&D initiatives in a high-growth, dynamic setting. 

• Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage global teams effectively.
