Overview

The Role:

 

You will join an extension team of our client – LANGWATER.


LANGWATER is a Swiss start-up in the beverage industry, offering a sustainable alternative to plastic bottles. The company’s mission is to provide bottle-less drinks, by transforming any tap water into pure, mineralized water and healthy drinks. The LANGWATER innovative solution has been developed over the last 10+ years and consists of a water purification device used with mineral and flavor packs.

 

As LANGWATER is transitioning from development to growth, they are expanding their eCommerce team and seeking an eCommerce Digital Marketing & PPC Media Specialist to drive EU eCommerce sales.

 

This role requires close collaboration with the e-commerce & marketing team, designers, and advertising partners. And working with on following platforms: Google Analytics, Meta & Google Advertising, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, as well as SEMrush, Figma, Canva.

 

The primary goal is to create demand to drive EU online sales, the key deliverables will include high performing marketing campaigns. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be Conversion Rate (CR), Traffic, CTR, Cost of Acquisition (CPA) and overall EU Online Sales Growth.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

This position focuses on managing performance-driven campaigns and optimizing content for our key markets (EU). Responsibilities include, but may evolve over time:

 

Drive PPC Digital Performance Marketing Campaigns

  • Manage and/or oversee PPC media campaigns (Amazon, Google, Meta) to maximize qualified traffic and conversions
  • Track performance, find optimization opportunities, and A/B testing to enhance results
  • Define KPIs, generate reports, and analyze data to create actionable insights

 

Create & Upload Localized, High-Impact Content (Ecommerce & Media)

 

  • Adapt, and localize brand content across web, Amazon, media, and email channels for key EU markets (UK, DE, FR, and others)
  • Optimize content and SEO copy to maximize impact, with focus on conversion rates
  • Create, adjust and give feedback on media assets (landing pages, images, videos) to improve campaign performance
  • Upload content on Amazon and Shopify, distribute localized assets to media partners

 

Coordinate SEO Strategy & Execution

 

  • Lead SEO keyword research and initiatives to improve organic search rankings, increase share of voice, and strengthen the foundation for paid search performance

 

Manage Marketing Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

 

  • Oversee tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) to ensure correct monitoring
  • Manage data across marketing channels, to provide actionable insights to improve budget allocation & optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
  • Automate Excel reports to boost efficiency and insights

 

Manage Email & CRM Programs

 

  • Set up customer journeys and interactions
  • Implement email automation and app push notifications with personalized scenarios for segmented audiences, as well as seasonal campaigns

Qualifications

Our ideal teammate has/is:

  • Previous relevant experience in Performance Marketing & Media Buying, managing Google, Meta, and Amazon campaigns with proven success in improving performance metrics
  • Experience in managing PPC assets & ecommerce pages creation (Shopify)
  • SEO expertise to strengthen organic visibility and complement paid campaigns
  • Data & Analytical skills: strong proficiency in Excel, Facebook, Shopify, and GA4
  • eCommerce Sales, financial & Business Acumen: deep understanding of performance marketing strategies and digital commerce.
  • Project Management: highly organized, with excellent communication skills to coordinate media assets, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
  • Results-Oriented & Detail-Focused: committed, reliable, and able to execute tasks autonomously and with precision.
  • Proactive, Hands-on Attitude with a Growth Mindset: eager to take on evolving responsibilities, propose innovative solutions, act to get stuff done and evolve with us
  • Languages: fluent in English; French or other European languages (DE/SP) is a plus
  • AI enthusiastic and Design and Video Editing Skills (Canva, Photoshop, illustrator, video editing & Email marketing/automation experience (Klaviyo) a plus
