This is more than a typical BA role — you’ll be a strategic advisor and change agent, working directly with global clients to unlock the business value of cutting-edge tools like Adobe Firefly, Photoshop APIs, and Creative Cloud design APIs.
Lead post-sale engagements with enterprise marketing and creative teams.
Partner with project managers and technical consultants to deliver impactful technology implementations.
Conduct strategic discovery workshops, map workflows, and gather in-depth business and technical requirements.
Evaluate existing marketing and creative processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
Translate business needs into clearly defined, actionable solutions
Mentor colleagues on business analysis best practices and serve as the subject matter expert across engagements.
10+ years in business analysis or consulting roles with deep experience in enterprise marketing or creative operations.
Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders, align technical solutions with business goals, and drive transformational change.
Expertise in marketing strategy, workflows, and modern marketing technology ecosystems (CMS, automation, analytics).
Experience working with or implementing Adobe solutions is a major advantage.
Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
A strategic thinker with a curious, analytical mindset and a bias for action.
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and managing multiple high-impact client engagements.
Bonus: Fluency in French or German for international stakeholder engagement.
