What’s in it for you? 

As an AWS Cloud Developer, you'll bring over 6 years of software development experience to the table, guiding projects from the initial idea all the way to production. You'll get to flex your skills in testing and building software on the AWS Cloud Platform, and you'll be well-versed in best practices and design patterns that you will use in your daily activities. 
You'll have the chance to deliver project features independently, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other Cloud Developers and Architects. Your ability to communicate and work well with clients face-to-face will be key to your success. 

Key Responsabilities: 

• Proficient and capable in introducing and setting up CI/CD pipelines and applying DevSecOps best practices.   
• Creates deployment scripts to automate system deployment 
• Acts professionally during work-related activities, especially in the presence of our clients.   
• Able to articulate and follow Agile principles.   
• Acts as a mentor for other software engineers on your team or capability.   
• Advocates for best practices – always.   
• Troubleshoots problems with deployed systems.   
• Factors in time taken to write unit test into story estimates.   
• Reviews code and can mentor others about project-specific code quality and design guidelines.   
• Identifies performance issues with applications and troubleshoots performance problems in distributed systems. 
• Identifies technical solutions and applies them to project work.   
• Implements new tools and frameworks to support application development.   
• Analyzes and understands flows and end-to-end interactions for a distributed system.   

• 6 + years of experience as a Software/Cloud/Platform Engineer.   

Must be adept in: 

• Compute: EC2, Lambda 
• Storage: S3 
• Networking: VPC 
• Languages: Typescript, Node.js 
• API: API Gateway, Rest APIs  
• CI/CD and DevOps: Pipelines understanding, Git 
• Agile Experience. 

Some working knowledge is required in: 

• Networking: Route 53  
• Monitoring: CloudWatch 
• Messaging: Simple Queue Service (SQS) 
• Languages: Python, Java 
• Authentication/Authorization: IAM  
• DB: DynamoDB 
• Cloud Formation or Terraform 

Nice to have experience in: 

• Monitoring: CloudTrail  
• Authentication/Authorization: Cognito 
• Infrastructure Management: Systems Manager (SSM)  
• Certification: AWS Certified Developer 
• IaC: CDK 
• UI: experience or familiarity. (React)
