Responsibilities

What’s in it for you? 
As a BDR, you will play a critical role in accelerating Nortal’s growth in the United States. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging prospective clients, and initiating meaningful sales conversations with decision-makers in the technology, public sector, and enterprise services space. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with global teams, contribute to go-to-market campaigns, and make a tangible impact on Nortal’s pipeline growth that will make your career grow as well.  

 

Key Responsabilities: 

Identify, engage, and qualify outbound sales opportunities within the U.S. market 

Utilize prospecting tools and research to build targeted lists and initiate outreach 

Secure discovery and pitch meetings for senior sales and solution teams 

Execute multi-channel outreach strategies across email, phone, and social platforms 

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outbound efforts with campaigns 

Track all activities in CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and detailed reporting 

Support the continuous improvement of sales development processes and best practices 

Contribute to strategic projects that enhance Nortal’s brand visibility and market penetration 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound sales or business development experience, in IT services, SaaS, or B2B consulting 
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline contribution 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Microsoft Office or others 
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment 
  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail 
  • Experience selling into U.S. is required. 
  • Mid-market or Enterprise U.S. clients is highly desirable 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience owning an entire sales lifecycle in the past, product or professional services

Some travel may be required depending on client engagements or internal meetings. 

This is a remote role, but in-person work may be required based on client needs.
