Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in incident management by maintaining and updating support tickets in JIRA and Jira Service Management.
  • Support monitoring activities by regularly reviewing dashboards and flagging anomalies.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support representatives for initial troubleshooting and issue escalation
  • Contribute to proactive support activities, including QA testing of new features and application releases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Document known issues, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
  • Perform basic data validation, user acceptance testing support, and feedback collection.

 

Qualifications

  • Interest or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of QA principles, testing processes, or test case documentation
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing/knowledge systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a technical support environment.
