We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build high-quality, scalable digital solutions using .NET and Angular. In this role, you’ll stay deeply involved in coding while guiding others with your technical expertise. You’ll be the kind of leader who rolls up their sleeves and builds alongside the team.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development of full stack applications using .NET and Angular (10+)—focusing on clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

  • Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, testing, and deploying features and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product owners, designers, and QA—to deliver high-impact features.

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with performance and security in mind.

  • Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and daily support.

  • Help the team prioritize work, break down stories, and deliver in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

  • 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong full stack skills.

  • Proven experience working as a hands-on lead, team mentor, or senior developer.

  • Technical expertise in:

    • Backend & Frontend: .NET (C#), Angular 10+, Java (nice to have)

    • Cloud: Azure

    • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (or similar)

    • Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, common design patterns

    • DevOps: Git, GitFlow/GitHub Flow, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools

    • Containers: Docker and Kubernetes

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluent spoken English.
