We’re seeking a Support Specialist (Finance Systems) to join our Finance and Operations Systems team. The role is well-suited for someone with a finance background who understands accounting processes and is interested in working at the intersection of finance and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support users of internal finance systems and help resolve functional or data-related issues.
• Train colleagues on system usage, accounting process flows, and finance tool integrations.
• Test new releases and changes in ERP, invoice handling, or payroll systems.
• Monitor data quality across modules (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, payroll, etc.).
• Grant and review user access rights based on internal policies.
• Act as a liaison between end users and Product Owners.
• Document processes, create user manuals, and record video guides.
• Report improvement ideas and participate in upgrade and implementation projects.
• Communicate system changes and updates to end users.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in accounting, finance, support, QA, or finance-related system projects
  • Higher education in Economics or IT
  • Understanding of accounting flows: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, payroll, periodisation, and expense management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with at least some of the following:
    • ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Certinia)
    • E-invoice tools (Finbite, Pagero, Fintekin)
    • Expense management (Expensify, Payhawk, Bezala)
    • DMS or collaboration tools (M-Files, Jira, Confluence)
  • Structured thinker with a system owner mindset and critical eye
  • Able to manage both routine tasks and high-pressure workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
