Digital Designer

The Role:

Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Digital Designer for a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics. The position will be part of the Global Commercial Organization’s (GCO) GTM Digital department. He/she will report to and work closely with the Digital Studio Gaming lead, working across key product categories.

This role sits at the intersection of digital operations, creative execution, and continuous learning, working with company’s Gaming category as your main focus, while still being of support of our other core brands (Personal Workspace Solutions). As part of the Digital Studio team, your work will directly support go-to-market execution, ensuring our product pages and digital assets meet the highest standards of performance and visual communication.

You will also contribute to our digital guidelines, helping shape the future of how we build and evaluate digital content effectiveness across our global presence. As a digital designer, you will contribute to both the day-to-day execution of high-quality product content and the creative development of brand and launch experiences. You will also actively contribute to our test-and-learn culture, playing a key role in driving design decisions through A/B testing and direct UX learnings, constantly iterating to improve user experience.

What'll you do:

Design, revise, and produce content for digital platforms, including:

• Imagery: Update and create static product and lifestyle visuals aimed to be implemented globally on customers product pages
• Product Pages: Learn and develop new insights to understand how to bring our imagery to better help consumers and ultimately increase conversion
• Retail Banners: Support launches and seasonal marketing activities
• Brand Pages: Support, build landing pages to propose engaging brand experiences that reflect our brand voice and product strategy
• You will develop a strong understanding of how content marketing drives consideration and conversion, you will produce performance-driven content driving sales and you will improve the brand’s online content with expert input
• Maintaining freshness, demonstrating creative excellence and a level of curiosity to have in mind the competitive digital landscape, while championing brand consistency
• Keeping up with design and online (digital, mobile, web) trends, providing insights, learnings, and feedback for best practice sharing
• Collaborating with Digital Coordinators to implement best practices and e-Tail content guideline specifically for your focus category (Gaming)

This is a role for someone equally comfortable optimizing product content for daily excellence and contributing creative value to our bigger moments - someone who’s curious, collaborative, and invested in pushing digital content forward.

What we are looking for:

• Experience and knowledge in the Figma platform
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong skills in Photoshop (retouching, compositing, and asset creation)
• Proficiency with responsive templates and an eye for mobile (think and believe in digital / mobile first)
• A willingness to learn what makes e-Tail content effective, with curiosity for the data and patterns that drive customer engagement and conversion
• A proactive, hands-on attitude, with strong organization and attention to detail
• genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the role digital content plays in shaping the consumer experience
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
