Digital Innovation Project Manager

Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Digital Innovation Project Manager for a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics, who will lead the successful delivery of a major, high-stakes innovation initiative within their Global Digital Go To Market team.

This is an execution-driven role that requires exceptional organizational skills, stakeholder alignment, and a track record of managing complex programs. Beyond executing already defined initiatives, this person will also play a key role in defining and shaping new processes and projects over time.

You will be responsible for running a fully defined, multi-stream project that spans functions, regions, and seniority levels. The strategy and process are already in place — your role is to bring structure, clarity, and momentum from day one, while also contributing to the definition of new initiatives as they emerge.

This position demands precision, autonomy, and the ability to manage complexity without losing focus. You will work at the heart of digital innovation, ensuring a seamless connection between strategy, delivery, and outcomes.

What'll you do:

• Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale, cross-functional project, from start to finish
• Define and drive execution within a well-established process framework, maintaining standards and timelines while also helping to shape and define new processes where needed
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications with discipline
• Act as the central coordination point across category, market and channel teams
• Ensure all contributors are aligned to priorities, deliverables, and expectations at each stage
• Monitor progress and escalate thoughtfully when needed, always with proposed solutions
• Maintain rigorous documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure clarity and accountability

What success looks like:

• The project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets defined KPIs
• All workstreams are coordinated, dependencies are managed, and risks are mitigated early
• Stakeholders trust your ownership, communication, and ability to get things done
• You uphold the integrity of the process, ensuring consistent and scalable execution, including defining new frameworks where needed to support innovation

What we are looking for:

• Experience managing complex projects end to end, including building timelines, sending meeting notes, planning dependencies, and keeping delivery structured and on track
• Proven ability to lead high-impact initiatives with multiple cross-functional contributors
• A can-do attitude and genuine proactivity, always ready to take ownership and move things forward independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate problems and solutions clearly, bring people together, and work effectively
• Ability to manage ambiguity, resolve issues, and maintain structure in fast-paced settings

Brownie points:

• Background in eCommerce, having worked in, with or for an eCommerce business and understanding how online commerce operates from different angles
• Product ownership or backend/technical understanding, to be able to take part in technical discussions or connect with the right teams when needed
• Experience with Bazaarvoice would be considered a strong plus
