Overview

The Talent Partner plays a vital role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent aligned with Nortal’s strategic goals. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and regional teams, this role is responsible for delivering recruitment projects efficiently, ensuring excellent candidate experience, and contributing to the development of a strong talent pipeline. The Talent Partner is hands-on in recruitment delivery and upholds Nortal’s employer brand throughout the hiring journey. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

Recruitment Delivery & Candidate Experience 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles or work in tandem with a sourcing team depending on the role and market. 
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate validation/interview processes with hiring managers. 
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints. 
  • Motivate and influence candidates using the Nortal value proposition and brand. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and project timelines. 
  • Act as a key point of contact throughout the hiring process, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders. 
  • Participate in resource planning meetings and proactively communicate hiring challenges and pipeline updates. 

 

 

Process Management 

  • Enforce recruitment best practices and ensure compliance with Nortal’s talent acquisition processes. 
  • Support the design and improvement of recruitment processes and tools, aiming for operational efficiency and scalability. 
  • Coordinate scheduling, resolve candidate conflicts, and maintain smooth communication across all stages of hiring. 

Talent Pipeline & Market Awareness 

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in core areas to enable proactive hiring. 
  • Monitor talent market trends and contribute insights to help optimize sourcing strategies. 
  • Represent Nortal at selected community and industry events to build brand presence and engage passive talent. 

Data-Driven Decision Making 

  • Use recruitment metrics to monitor process performance and provide reports and insights to internal stakeholders. 
  • Recommend improvements based on data and ongoing feedback from candidates and hiring teams.  

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech or consulting sectors. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions. 
  • Proven experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates. 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment reporting. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English level C1 or higher). 
  • Knowing German is a plus—the higher the proficiency, the better 😉
  • Driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
