The Role

 

Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Business Development Representative (Outbound Sales).

You will join a newly formed BDR Central Team and you will be instrumental in driving the growth of Pwrteams by initiating conversations, fostering best practices, and promoting the Pwrteams brand, initiatives, and go-to-market campaigns. You’ll work alongside passionate and supportive teams and have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects across the company. Responsibilities

What you'll do

 

  • Generate new business leads and drive outbound sales initiatives.
  • Use prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in HubSpot CRM to ensure clear reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects.
  • Work with BDR central team as well as cross-border teams that cooperate through campaigns to enhance and innovate the overall sales development process.
  • Connect with prospects through a multi-channel strategy, including relevant venture capital, private equity, and startup communities.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute prospect communication plans.
  • Collaborate internally with Sales & Marketing teams across Pwrteams to ensure the quality and quantity of engagements.
  • Support marketing initiatives by aligning outbound activities with campaign efforts.
  • Translate marketing needs into effective outbound campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to effectively tailor outreach and conversations. 

Qualifications

What we're looking for

 

  • 3+ years of successful business development and inside sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proven success in prospecting new accounts and closing new business.
  • Strong phone, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and pipeline in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and sales tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
  • Experience selling to scale-ups and mid-sized enterprises is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • A strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Highly motivated to succeed both independently and as part of a fast-growing company.
  • B2B services experience is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive communication style and a consistent approach to reporting.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail, with meticulous reporting skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for internal business needs as required by the role.
