About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Data and AI Specialist who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. This role will kick off within our finance function, helping us accelerate key initiatives through AI-driven efficiency and automation. Over time, the scope may expand to other departments, making this a high-impact, cross-functional opportunity. This is a rare opportunity to shape how AI is embedded across Pwrteams, you’ll have the autonomy to build, the support to scale, and the visibility to make a lasting impact at a growing business.

• Assess & Architect: Evaluate current systems and data structures, define the target state, and design scalable AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Implement AI Solutions: Lead the deployment of AI technologies that drive operational effectiveness, starting with finance and expanding across the organization.
• Data Strategy: Structure and optimize data pipelines to support AI initiatives, ensuring quality, accessibility, and relevance.
• Tooling & Automation: Select and implement appropriate tools and platforms for both foundational data work and AI applications.
• Project Ownership: Independently manage AI-related projects from ideation to execution, including stakeholder alignment and progress tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions.
• RPA Integration: Apply robotic process automation where relevant to enhance workflows and reduce manual effort.

• Proven experience implementing AI in real-world business environments, ideally within the finance sector
• Strong data expertise, including structuring, cleansing, and preparing data for AI use
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling, platforms, and automation frameworks
• A self-starter with a “go-getter” mindset who thrives in ambiguity and can drive initiatives independently
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with RPA is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally for alignment and collaboration
