The Role:
You will join an extension team (Times Customer) of our client - News UK.

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be part of a team responsible for driving the modernisation of our Salesforce system to revolutionise experiences for our call centres and customers. You’ll interact with product owners and stakeholders, contribute to the technical conversations and ensure that what we build is best in class and fit for purpose. You’ll report to a Principal Engineer and will help him/her deliver on the technical strategy. You’ll mentor other engineers to bring them up to your standard
To achieve our goals, we are focused on enhancing our Salesforce division as a core part of the technology platform, enabling us to fully leverage the power of Salesforce to create the best possible experience for both our clients and internal teams. The work involves Apex, SOQL, and Lightning, alongside tools like Lightning Web Components, Flow, and custom configurations.
