We are hiring an Information Security Management Consultant (m/f/d) – full-time or part-time.

Which location are we hiring for?

• You have the option to work fully remotely, as mobile work is part of our company culture.
• However, we are happy if we occasionally meet in person at one of our offices in Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, Hamburg, or Cologne.

Your Mission with Us

• You support our clients in introducing and further developing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) – e.g., according to ISO 27001 or the BSI IT-Grundschutz framework.
• Together with experienced colleagues, you analyze existing security structures, identify potential vulnerabilities, and work on concrete solutions.
• You contribute to the creation of security policies, concepts and risk analyses – and learn best practices, norms, and standards in real-world contexts.
• You support our clients in workshops and help them set up their organization in a security-compliant way.
• Over time, you take on more responsibility in projects – from supporting project teams to independently managing smaller topics.
• You actively engage with the team, exchange knowledge with senior consultants, and grow continuously through internal mentoring and targeted training.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Completed vocational training in an IT-related field or ongoing/completed studies in a STEM field – or a comparable qualification.
• Consulting experience in the IT or technology environment (e.g., through projects, internships, or initial full-time experience).
• Fundamental understanding of information security, IT security standards, or risk management (ISO 27001, BSI standards, etc.).
• Interest in topics such as information security management, security processes, or related IT security standards.
• You enjoy learning new things, show initiative, and work well within a team.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English – and you are motivated to grow professionally and personally.
