To achieve this vision, we’re looking for talented and driven Junior Back-End/Full Stack Engineer to join our team. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful, impactful projects, grow your skills, and teach us a thing or two along the way. 

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java on the backend and React on the frontend. 
  • Be involved in the software development life cycle, gaining exposure to requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment, with guidance from more experienced team members.
  • Work with the team to contribute to building and maintaining applications, learning to apply best practices and architectural patterns.
  • Implement and consume REST APIs and work with modern frontend components and backend services.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with relevant technologies and methodologies, and actively contribute ideas to improve code quality and development processes.

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Practical experience with Java (e.g. Spring or similar frameworks) and (or) React/React Native.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend components interact.
  • Familiarity with modern databases and data handling concepts.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience working in an Agile team environment.
  • Eager to learn, open-minded, and motivated to grow as a full stack developer.
  • Interest in understanding how your work creates value for end users and the business.
  • Ability to write basic unit tests, refactor code with guidance, and work within existing codebases.
  • Foundational understanding of common software design principles and development best practices.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written), with fluent English required.

Salary range:
• 2000 – 2900 € per month
