Data & AI Consultant

We’re looking for a new team member to join us and work side by side with our senior consultants across data governance, business transformation and AI‑driven development.

This role sits in the borderland of business, technology & data and AI. You don’t need to be a ready-made expert — what matters most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

You will support senior consultants in client projects where we:

• Map current-state capabilities, identify bottlenecks and opportunities
• Build and assess capability and governance models
• Conduct consultancy-style discovery work, documentation and analysis
• Work with client stakeholders, help facilitate workshops and coordinate project activities
• Support in producing materials, summaries, glossaries and conceptual models
• Contribute to data & AI and transformation initiatives at both strategic and operational levels

You’ll be gradually onboarded into more responsibility as you learn — first through supporting tasks, then by taking ownership of your own workstreams.

Who we are looking for:
You can come from a technical, business, or analytics background — the key is a built-in systems thinking mindset and motivation to grow within consulting and data & AI areas.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Are finishing your studies or have 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Are genuinely interested in understanding and analyzing the customer needs, technology, data and AI
• Have good communication and presentation skills and enjoy working with stakeholders
• Are analytical, socially confident, and proactive
• Learn quickly and are comfortable working in ambiguity
• Enjoy documentation, analysis, coordination, facilitation, project management and making sense of complex topics
• Experience with data, analytics, or data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA) is a plus — but not required. We can train you and support certifications.
• Have fluent English and Finnish language skills
