Nortal’s Global Product and Experience (GPX) team is searching for a Product Designer. Our team's goal is to deliver a range of design and innovation services for clients in Estonia, across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping digital experiences by overseeing and driving design activities that create compelling, user-centered products. Your goal will be to deliver empowering and meaningful user experiences across digital solutions within Nortal’s business account. This is a multifaceted role that involves working closely with service designers, product management, and members of delivery teams.
What you'll do:
- Designing user interfaces, from concept and user flows to high-fidelity mockups ready for build
- Coordination with the cross-functional design team
- Adherence to project-specific requirements
- Collaboration with the product owners, service designers and development team
- Support in setting up user tests for the interfaces
- UX/UI review of developed increments
- Compliance with design system guidelines
- Compliance with accessibility standards
- Supporting our sales team
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, in a technology or IT context
- Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma
- Strong empathy for users, and the ability to identify their current and future needs
- You know how to manage stakeholders' expectations and facilitate discussions across high-risk and complexity
- Experience working in a cross-functional team, involving research, design, engineering, data analysis, and business
- Good communication skills to communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively
- Experience in design systems and supporting on the development of it
- Experience in the implementation of barrier-free designs (WCAG 2.1 Level AA[A])
- Effective communication skills in writing and verbally both in Estonian and English
- Consulting/agency experience is a bonus
- Curiosity about AI in design work. You don't need prior experience, only an interest in trying

Salary range
- 3100-3700 gross/monthly (full-time)
Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience and skill set.
