Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of complex product delivery in the public sector space, create alignment between multiple product teams and a broad range of stakeholders, and inspire the team to take accountability. You bring deep experience in business and systems analysis, work confidently with service design and user research methods, and are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. You have a clear point of view on what good product delivery looks like and the credibility to move a team toward it.

What you'll do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog across complex deliveries, continuously refining scope and actively managing scope creep
• Leverage customer discovery, experimentation, and data analysis to develop key user journeys and business requirements
• Lead a cross-functional product delivery team within an agile environment, and lead workshops with the customer and end users
• Create alignment between multiple product teams and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Define product development metrics and find ways to improve team performance
• Identify potential product opportunities and communicate with the Project or Product Manager for further exploration
• Customise AI tools to improve the quality and speed of output, create your own workflows where relevant, and coordinate with other disciplines to integrate AI tooling consistently across team processes

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience in iterative product delivery with a deep understanding of requirements specification and software project management
• Domain knowledge in public sector and/or experience working in a large-scale digital transformation programme
• Experience with various service design and user research methods, and a strong background in business and/or systems analysis
• Ability to quickly develop understanding of market trends and customer strategy, and comfort consulting the customer on agile methods and ceremonies
• Solid understanding of UX, customer journey mapping, and process modeling.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and understand technical constraints.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to align teams and stakeholders.
• You must be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• You must be native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
